All Aboard!! Prepare as your family takes a magical round trip journey to the North Pole aboard the historic Durango and Silverton Railroad. This holiday ride is fun for the entire family as kids wear their pajamas and, during the ride, enjoy hot chocolate as the Polar Express story is read over the PA system. As the train pulls into the North Pole, Santa and his helpers will board the train and bring the spirit of Christmas to life as everyone sings Christmas carols on the way back to Durango! Kids will even receive a special sleigh bell gift from Santa as the magic of the Polar Express story comes to life this winter!

Inspired by the award winning book by Chris Van Allsburg and the run-away hit movie starring Tom Hanks, this holiday favorite is fun for the entire family, as it brings the magic of the Polar Express™ story to life. Just like in the story, kids are encouraged to wear their pajamas and the conductor yells "All Aboard" as your trip to the North Pole departs. As the train leaves the depot, concessionaires (dressed in chef's coats and hats) will begin serving hot chocolate and cookies. After everyone has been served, the Polar Express will be read over the PA system and a helper in each car walks up and down the aisle with the book to turn the pages and show everyone the pictures.

The story finishes just as you arrive at the North Pole, the lights will dim, and an announcement is made to start watching for Santa. The North Pole will be lit with thousands of Christmas lights and Santa and his helpers will be there waving at the Polar Express™ as it pulls in. Santa will greet the children and, for those who believe, a special gift for each child, just like in the story. While Santa is moving through the cars, a song leader in each car will pass out song books and leads the group in Christmas Carols and everyone will sing together on the return trip.
