Changes to your booking are subject to a fee of $45 USD.
Refunds (when necessary) are issued in the form of gift certificates, checks, or PayPal.
Cancellations will be subject to a fee depending on the number of days AdMo-Tours receives notice prior to event date.
* 42 days or more - 15% per person.
* 41 to 20 days - 25% per person.
* 19 to 10 days - 50% per person.
* 9 days or less - 100% per person.
* NO SHOWS - 100% per person.
The listed cancellation fees may vary based on the amount recoverable from outside contractors.
- Deposit
- 30% deposit is required at time of booking. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to your training/ day ride, and will be charged using the credit card we have on file. If less than 4 weeks out full payment is do at time of booking.
- Other
- Due to strict insurance regulations, we require any rider on AdMo Tour's motorcycles to submit a booking form, regardless of payment arrangements. If riders do not submit a booking, they will not be allowed to rent and ride our motorcycles.
