Our Angelhaus Condo located at the base of Durango Mountain Resort is only steps (200 yards) from the ski slopes and offers the amenities of home. An easy drive from Durango, this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is available for rent and can sleep up to six people.
Winter-Spring-Summer-Fall? Many activities await you at the resort, around town, and in the mountains. The mountain resort offers an alpine slide, bungee jumping, miniature golf, and "Music in the Mountains" during the summer months. There is excellent hunting in the San Juan Mountains, Silverton is only a 25 mile drive, Mesa Verde National Park is an easy drive (about 1.5 hours). The area provides many lakes and rivers nearby for world class fishing. The town of Durango is an easy 20 minute drive and the Durango/Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad is located in the heart of town! Ride the rails to Cascade or all the way to Silverton!
And then...there are the winter sports. Located in the San Juan National Forest, the condo sits at 8,793 feet above sea level. Skiing and snowboarding are only steps away and right across the highway is the Nordic Center for some great cross country skiing. Additionally, there are snowmobile trails nearby.

Our Angelhaus Condo located at the base of Durango Mountain Resort is only steps (200 yards) from the ski slopes and offers the amenities of home. An easy drive from Durango, this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo can sleep up to six people. There is a Queen bed in one bedroom and a King in the second with a full bath in each. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Unit also has a fully equipped kitchen, and a DVD player in the living room and access to an indoor jacuzzi, washer/dryer (coin operated) on site, and outdoor ski lockers.

- From Durango take U.S. Highway 550 North towards Silverton. Angelhaus Condominiums are located at Durango Mountain Resort approximately 26 miles north of downtown Durango. Drive up the winding road 1/2 a mile until you see a large red wooden sign. Take a left toward Sheol Street. You will pass under the lift and over a bridge. Sheol Street will become a one way street. You will see Angelhaus on your right. Continue to follow the road. It will loop around in front of Angelhaus. Park in any available spot.

- General
- This is a NON SMOKING unit. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
- Cancellation
- CANCELLATIONS – Thirty (30) day written notice is required for cancellations. If we receive your written cancellation notice less thirty days prior to your scheduled arrival date, your security deposit and rental fee will not be refunded unless we are able to rent the condo for an equal or greater length of time. All cancellations shall be charged . Cancellations that are made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will incur a $25.00 service fee. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
- Deposit
- DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $200 is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met: 1) No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. 2) No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during stay. 3) All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in outside dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher, cleaned and placed back in cabinets, drawers, etc. 4) All keys are placed on kitchen counter. 5) Sliding glass door and front door are locked. Blinds, shades, drapes are closed. 6) Heat is turned down to 55 degrees. 7) All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. 8) No linens are lost or damaged. 9) Parking passes are placed on kitchen table inside the unit upon departure.

6. PAYMENT – An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 30 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date.
7. CANCELLATIONS – During the winter/holiday/ski seasons a sixty (60) day written notice is required for cancellation; during the summer rate season a thirty
