Apple Orchard Inn is a luxury bed and breakfast which has been awarded the AAA Four-Diamond Award for Excellence since 2003. Built on five acres, the property is surrounded by gardens, ponds and streams. Six cottages dot the back of the property and have views of the San Juan Mountains. The main house has four guest rooms and the main dining rooms along with pondside patios for dining in the summer months.

- The Apple Orchard Inn is conveniently located 8 miles north of Durango via U.S. Highway 550 and County Road 203. Turn into the same road that Trimble Hot Springs is located on (Trimble Lane) and take a right on County Road 203. Apple Orchard Inn will be located on your right.

- General
- The Apple Orchard Inn is conveniently located 8 miles north of Durango via U.S. Highway 550 and County Road 203. Please, no smoking. Smoking is not allowed in any indoor areas. Smoking is allowed in outside areas. Turn into the same road that Trimble Hot Springs is located on (Trimble Lane) and take a right on County Road 203. Apple Orchard Inn will be located on your right.
- Cancellation
- If your plans change, the Apple Orchard Inn will be pleased to make a refund provided we receive at least three weeks' notice before your scheduled arrival date or we are able to re-rent all room nights. There is a $20 or 5% handling fee per room, whichever is higher, for all cancellations. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.
- Deposit
- A deposit is required and is equal to 50% of your total reservation. One night reservations will require full advance payment. For each additional guest, including children, add $25 per night.
- Check In
- Check-in time is between 4:00 and 7:00 p.m. or by special arrangement.
- Check Out
- Check-out time is by 11:00 a.m.
- Pets
- No pets are allowed. (The inn has a cat and a dog.)
- Other
- Cancellation - If your plans change, the Apple Orchard Inn will be pleased to make a refund provided we receive at least three weeks' notice before your scheduled arrival date or we are able to re-rent all room nights.
