Located in the historic district on Third Avenue, these beautiful condominiums are decorated per each owners unique taste, with luxurious finishes.Centrally located, you can walk to the movies, dine out at great restaurants, take the trolley through Durango, bike the numerous bike trails throughout town and shop till you drop. Or, if you like, you may take the historic train, located several blocks from the condo, from Durango to Silverton and back. Not far away is Durango's Recreational Center with exceptional workout equipment and several indoor and lap pools both for children and adults. In addition, you ski Durango Mountain, raft or kayak the Animas River, or take a horse drawn sleigh ride through the country side. The Kitchens are designed for the gourmet cook in mind and are fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and all appliances necessary for dining in. A full-size washer and dryer are centrally located and are provided for your convenience. The dining and living room areas are tastefully decorated complete with dining tables and chairs to seat six.
