Ferringway Resort offers a Residence for the price of a Room, Nightly, Weekly or Monthly. All units have full size kitchens fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots/pans, utensils. Each unit has a wood burning fireplace in the living room. Most have washer/dryers
Some units offer high-speed Internet, DVD players, CD players, and VCR's.
Ferringway Condominiums are located only 2 miles from downtown Durango but the beautiful surroundings still maintain that Durango mountain fee.
We have an outdoor heated pool & hot tub open year round from 8AM till 9PM daily.

- FROM THE AIRPORT:
Exit airport. Turn left onto Hwy 172 until you get to Hwy 160. Turn left onto Hwy 160. You will be going west.
Stay on Hwy 160 to Durango. Once in Durango you need to follow Hwy 550 north. You will immediately come to
a stop light at College Drive. Turn right on College Drive. Continue 1.5 miles to Ferringway condos on your right.
FROM DENVER:
Take Hwy 285 south from Denver. At Saguache, turn left to stay on Hwy 285 south. Turn right at Center onto
Hwy 112 west. Take 112 to Del Norte and go west on Hwy 160. Follow Hwy 160 west to Durango. Once in
Durango you need to follow Hwy 550 north. You will immediately come to a stop light at College Drive. Turn right
on College Drive. Continue 1.5 miles to Ferringway condos on your right.
FROM ALBUQUERQUE:
Take I-25 North to Hwy 550 toward Bloomfield. You will pick up Hwy 550 in Bernalillo. At Bloomfield stay on
Hwy 550 toward Aztec. Once in Aztec turn right on 550 North. Follow to Durango. You will immediately come to
a stop light at College Drive. Turn right on College Drive. Continue 1.5 miles to Ferringway condos on your right.
FROM CORTEZ:
Take Hwy 160 east to Durango. Turn left onto Hwy 550 north. You will immediately come to a stop light at
College Drive. Turn right on College Drive. Continue 1.5 miles to Ferringway condos on your right.

While we make a strong effort to keep availability up to date...reservations are not in real time and are therefore not absolutely confirmed until you receive a confirmation # from The Ferringway Resort Condominiums.
Absolutely No Pets!
Rates posted are for 4 persons in the one bedroom. 6 persons in all other units. $15 charge per night for each additional person and/or rollaway.
- Cancellation
- Cancellations 15+ days before arrival have a $15 penalty. Cancellations inside 15 days from arrival will forfeit entire amount of reservation.
- Deposit
- Credit Card is required at time of reservation. Full payment is due two weeks prior to arrival and non refundable. Christmas and New Year's full payment is due and non refundable 30 days prior to arrival.

***Main Office closes at 5pm...there are directions on the office door to the Manager's unit to get a room key.
