Located right off Hwy 550 is where you will find this new and comfortable condo,head north 15 minutes to Durango Mountain Resort or south 15 minutes to historic downtown Durango. This condo is fully furnished with great views of Missionary Ridge. There are two bed rooms and one bath, six can sleep comfortably.Kitchen is fully equipped and full size washer and dryer in this unit.

Durango LaPlata airport to state hwy 172 north to U S hwy 160 west on 160 to us hwy 550 to Durango. Follow us hwy 550/160 through Durango 12 miles north will cross RR tracks in Hermosa,Hremosa Hill will be on left side of hwy approximately 1.5 miles after RR tracks.

Cancellation
Cancellations more than 15 days prior to arrival will be charged 15% of total reservation. Cancellations within fifteen days will be charged 30 % of total reservation.
Deposit
Owner will contact you to colllect a refundable security deposit of $200.00, due at time of booking.

Check in any time after 4:00 pm and owner will conact you with unit entry code.
