This home is located within a 5 minute drive of the historical downtown area. If you enjoying walking, the Durango bike path runs along the Animas River that will take you to the downtown area just a couple miles down the road.

This home is 1500 square feet, has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and a large living/dining area and large kitchen. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in another room. It also has a large deck with a gas grill and seating so you can sit outside and enjoy this awesome view.
The home has an open living area with hardwood floors and is nicely furnished with your comfort in mind and all the conveniences of home. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is equipped with appliances and utensils for your culinary needs.
There is also a new sleeper sofa that converts to a queen size bed. You're welcome to bring an aero-bed should you have more than 6 people in your party. There are 2 full baths with all linens and lots of closet space throughout the home.

- Take the only road out of the airport to Hwy 172 and turn left.
Drive several miles to the stop light and Hwy 160 and turn left.
Follow this road to the light right before the Doubletree Hotel in Durango. 160 will turn left BUT
you keep going straight and will
now be on 550 North. Follow this
and you will turn left onto Main/
550 North. From here you continue to North and turn right on 32nd Ave. Go 1.8 miles to Animas Village Dr. (on the right). Take an immediate right again up the gravel road. The rental is the first house on top of the hill.

- General
- Driving Directions: The Guest House is located at 3189 Animas Village Dr. From downtown Durango, head North on Main Avenue. Turn right on 32nd Ave. at the light. Go 1.8 miles to Animas Village Dr. on the right. The driveway is just immediately to the right.
- Cancellation
- No refund for cancellation within 30 days of arrival date
unless we are able to rebook the home over those dates.
Within a 30-60 day time period, the cancellation fee will
be one night's charge.
- Deposit
- Deposit of 1/2 entire stay due upon making reservations. Payment in full 30 days
prior to arrival date.
- Check In
- Check in is normally 4:00 p.m. but if your plane arrives
early, we'll be happy to allow an earlier check in when
possible.
- Check Out
- Check out is normally at 11:00 p.m. but if you need extra
time, we'll be happy to accommodate your needs if possible.
- Pets
- Our housekeeper requires that we charge an additional $50 cleaning fee when there is a dog in the home. We require a $1000 deposit for 1 dog. If there is no damage to the house, we will grant the deposit back to you. Pets are never to be left alone in or outside the house. It is a Durango law that they be on a leash when walking them.
- Other
