- From Durango, take Hwy 550 East. turn left at CR 172 at the light. Follow North approx. 8 miles. Turn left at MeadowView Road. Follow for 1 mile up the mountain and it will dead-end at the house. IN the rainy season, we especially reccommend 4-wheel drive vehicles due to the dirt road.

- Cancellation
- Cancellation requires 30 days notice. Within 30 days no refund.
- Deposit
- $50 per person due at booking. Final due 30 days prior to arrival.
$1000 will be held on credit card for damage and security deposit.

- Pick-up the keys at Wells Group real estate office 901 Main Avenue in historic downtown Durango. Ask for Thad Trujillio.
