This is our most spacious room, where the queen size Victorian-style sleigh bed is tucked away under the eaves. It has an additional double size futon, which can accommodate one or two extra persons.
The windows on the east side of the room give views of the base of Lookout Mountain, with its gorgeous sunrises.
The Aspen room is equipped with comfortable bathrobes, a full private bathroom with European style shower, TV with video, coffee maker, and your private refrigerator (which we will be pleased to replenish with water and sodas). Best of all, this room features a Franklin-style warm, private fireplace.
Columbine Room

Columbine, the beautiful and delicate Colorado state flower, is the decorating theme for this room. The centerpiece is a lovely queen-size four-poster bed. This room also has a single bed available, so at your desire it can accommodate an extra person or be your cozy reading nook for planning your outings.
The north-facing windows give a dramatic view of the cable cars and the restaurant at the Fairy Caves on Iron Mountain.
The Columbine room is equipped with a TV with video, coffee maker, your private refrigerator (which we will be pleased to replenish with water and sodas), and warm comfortable bathrobes. The large and sunny full bath, exclusively for Columbine's use, is just across the hall. Best of all, this room features a Franklin-style warm, private fireplace.

- This on-line booking is for rooms/lodging only, whch includes a full three course breakfast for every guest which is served between 8-10 am daily.
In order to allow for the best service, "specials" and package-deals should be confirmed with the innkeeper personally by telephone or email.
Throughout the year, we maintain a Weekends and Holidays, 2 night minimum stay.
Double occupancy rates range from $120.00 - to $130.00, per night per room. Price is depending upon the season and are subject to change at any time.
Please understand that special events and holidays occuring during any season will dictate holiday rates.
Extra guest in room - add $25.00 per person
Rates do not include taxes.
To guarantee your reservation, adeposit payment MAy be required for one night's stay at the time the reservation is made. Due to our limited number of rooms, our cancellation policy is:
Greater than 14 days notice, a $25.00 processing fee will be charged.
Notice of 14 days or less, one night's payment or half of the total booking amount- whichever is greater-(the deposit) will be forfeited.
Check in is 3 - 6 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements with the innkeeper.
Check out is at 11 AM.
We are a smoke free guesthouse. We do provide ashtrays for smokers to use anywhere outside or on the porch. PLEASE honor this request or a $50.00 cleaning charge will be added to your bill and you may be asked to leave.
Sorry No Pets. We have three freindly resident cats [ who are not allowed in the main house.] and they don't like to share!
Children over 12 are welcome if sharing room with parent. No age restriction if the whole house is reserved.
