The Alpine Lodging Telluride office is located at 324 West Colorado. When you enter the town of Telluride, go straight through the round-a-bout. Alpine Lodging Telluride is about 5 blocks down Main street on the right hand side right after you cross over Aspen St.

  • Cancellation | CANCELLATION POLICY - SUMMER RESERVATIONS
    Cancellation: If a cancellation notice is received 10 days or more prior to the arrival date, the 1 night's room rent and tax/service fee is charged as a cancellation fee. If a cancellation notice is given within 10 days of the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
    CANCELLATION POLICY - FESTIVALS AND HOLIDAYS
    Cancellation: If a cancellation notice is received sixty (60) days or more prior to the arrival date, the 1 night's room rent and tax/service fee is charged as a cancellation fee. If a cancellation notice is given within sixty (60) days of the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
    CANCELLATION POLICY - WINTER RESERVATIONS: Cancellation: If a cancellation notice is received forty-five (45) or more days prior to the arrival date, the 1 night's room rent and tax/service fee is charged as a cancellation fee. If a cancellation notice is given within forty-five (45) days of the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
  • Deposit | The 1st night's rent + taxes and fees is charged at booking. The final and remaining balance is charged 10, 45 or 60 days prior to arrival, based on our rate seasons and our cancellation policy.

  • Check Out | CHECK OUT
    Check-out time is 10AM. Any late check-outs are subject to a charge equal to 1/2 of the nightly rate for that unit.
  • Pets | PET POLICIES:
    Pets are only allowed in designated Telluride Alpine Lodging properties. A pet fee of $30 per night will be applied to bookings with pets.

    Guests with pets at the River Club will be charged $150 per reservation per pet.
    Any extra cleaning required for a pet visit is subject to a $250 cleaning fee.
  • Other | HOUSEKEEPING
    Each stay of 5 nights of more is entitled to a midweek cleaning consisting of towel and linen change, garbage removal, vacuuming and dusting. We offer any additional housekeeping during your stay at an a la carte basis.
