Rustic style cabins and RV park on the San Juan River. 14 acres of well-kept property with the San Juan river running through it. 6 Cabins with kitchenettes or full kitchens. Cabins will sleep from 2 people up to 8 people. 28 RV sites with 30 and 50 amp service. Pull-thru sites which include water, sewer and electric.. Free WiFi is available throughout the park. Private fishing access in the San Juan river. Pets welcome.

- Full payment at the time of reservation. RV park rates are based on 2 people. There will be a charge of $2.00 per day for each additional person.
- Cancellation
- Cancellations received at least 14 days prior to arrival date will receive a refund of 75% of initial payment. Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival date will not be issued a refund.
- Deposit
- Full payment is required for reservation.
- Check In
- Check-in time is 2:00
- Check Out
- Check-out time is 11:00
- Pets
- Pets are welcome in the RV park. Dogs are welcome in the cabins with notification to owners. There is a per-stay cleaning fee for dogs in the cabins which is $30 for one dog and $50 for two dogs.
- Other

- Children
- Children under 6 years of age are free in both the RV park and cabins.
