Substitutions and Limited Liability: Edelweiss Lodge & Spa reserves the right, without liability, to provide guests with accommodations of equal or superior quality to those reserved. All reservations are also made subject to strikes, acts of God, and failure to vacate as scheduled or other conditions beyond the control of Edelweiss Lodge & Spa.
Specific Unit Requests: We will do our best to honor requests for specific units; however, we reserve the right to exchange rooms of similar quality and characteristics within our building.
Additional charges: A limited number of portable cribs and rollaway cots are available for a $35 one time charge.
Residences cannot exceed the maximum occupancy as determined by Edelweiss Lodge & Spa.
Ski season front desk hours are from 8 am to 9 pm. Summer hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, daily. Each unit is entitled to a single parking space in the garage. Additional outdoor parking is available in the nearby resort parking lot.
- Cancellation
- Deposit/Cancellation: A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. For cancellations prior to 30 days of arrival, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged (for Christmas Holiday period reservations and those between March 13th and 21st, prior to 45 days a $250 cancellation fee will be charged). For cancellations between 15 and 30 days of arrival (15-45 days for Christmas Holiday period reservations and those between March 13th and 21st), 50% of the projected stay total will be charged. For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, the full value of the stay will be charged. For reservations during the summer months, a $100 cancellation fee applies for cancellations 7 days or more prior to arrival. For cancellations within 7 days or the arrival date including no-shows, up to a $200 cancellation fee is charged. Changing arrival and/or departure dates or unit types may be considered a cancellation subject to the policies stated above.
