Luxurious, well-appointed 4-bedroom condominium conveniently located in the Mountain Village Core.


Bedding: King bed, king bed that can be split into 2 twins (split king), queen bed and 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twins) as well as a twin sleeper chair in the bunk room.


Enter the Belvedere building through the street level garage and drive to the left. The assigned parking spot for this condo is marked ST-3. Enter the condo through the private elevator access on the other side of the garage (#6 and 7 door). Flip the light button (black on/off button) in the elevator to (on) and take the elevator to the 2F level.


Enter on the main floor - as you walk down the hallway you'll have the master bedroom on your left hand side with a king bed, flat screen TV, deck and ensuite bath with jetted tub, separate shower and double sinks. Also on this floor is the living room and kitchen with stainless steel appliances and limestone counter tops and a dining area with banquette seating. The living room has a gas fireplace and flat screen TV as well as a deck with a private hot tub. There is also a half bath on this level.


Downstairs (which can also be accessed via the elevator) has 3 additional bedrooms. The first bedroom on the left has a split king bed and flat screen TV. Straight ahead is a bedroom with queen bed and flat screen TV. These two bedrooms share a bathroom in between the bedrooms with a shower only.


The third bedroom on the right has 2 sets of bunk beds and a twin sleeper chair, flat screen TV and an ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. There is also a a laundry room on this level.


This condo is located in the Mountain Village core, just a short walk to restaurants, shops, ski slopes and ski school. The perfect location for a family stay! The condo comes with 1 private garage parking spot, free wireless Internet access and a private outdoor hot tub. Additional parking is available at the gondola intercept lot for $25.00 per night or at the Heritage Plaza garage (underneath the Hotel Madeline).


Homeowners note: We chose this property for its proximity to Lift 4, the Mountain Village Core and both Gondolas. Once you are here there is no need for a car which is very convenient and great peace of mind for parents. Everyone can enjoy the great food and drink the Towns offer without having to then get behind the wheel.

Across the plaza from the Conference Center next to the Mountain Village duck pond, you're steps away from the Gondola and ski runs.

This deluxe condo with 180 degree views (looking South West) is located on the third floor accessed by a security coded elevator. You enter the condo into a tile mud room. The kitchen is located to the left of the entry. The full kitchen has granite countertops and 3 bar stools at the counter. The washer/dryer is located next to the kitchen. Directly in front of you from the mud room is the living room where there is a 42' flat screen TV w/DVD, a gas fireplace, dining room table with seating for 6 people, and a 400 disc CD player. Directly off the living room is a deck with South West views of the Wilsons and alpine sunset that overlooks the plaza and ice-skating pond. Down the hall off the living room is the master bedroom with a queen bed, 15' flat screen TV and private bathroom. The bathroom includes a jetted tub, separate steam shower and stone details. Also off the hall is the second bedroom which has a split king and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The complex is less than 100 yards from ski school, Lift #4, Gondola, and Lift #1. The unit has a ski locker available as well as room in the entry way for boots and coats. There is parking in the underground garage for 1 vehicle, the clearance for the garage is 9'4. Additional parking is available at the intercept lot for $25.00 per night.
