Exquisitely furnished townhome located in the Mountain Village, just off the Sundance ski run.

Bedroom: Queen, Queen, Two Twins, Queen Sofa sleeper

Enter the home (marked as #114) from the main level and up 2 flights of stairs is where you'll find the great room.

The living room area has a gas fireplace and large-screen TV, VCR & DVD, wireless internet and roll-top desk. The dining area has a table that seats 6. The entertainment-style kitchen is open to the great room with top-of-the-line appliances and breakfast bar/island with granite countertops. Cathedral ceilings allow expansive views to the northwest that are fully enjoyed from the deck where there is a charcoal grill. Up 1 flight from the main level is the master bedroom with queen bed, comfy chairs, and French doors that open to the wood-side patio. The en-suite bathroom has an oversize tub/shower and double sinks. From the bedroom, go up a few steps to the loft that overlooks the great room and shares the views. Down a half-flight from the main level is a sitting area with TV/VCR &DVD, queen sofa-sleeper, and French doors that open onto the patio with private outdoor hot tub. There is a full bath on this level with shower only. Down another half-flight is the 2nd bedroom with queen bed, TV, walk-in closet, and en-suite bath with shower/tub combo. Next door is the 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds. Across the hall is a full bath with steam shower that has 2 bench seats, and the washer/dryer. The Lodges on Sundance enjoy ski-in/ski-out via gated access to the Sundance Ski Run. There is a large 2-car garage with plenty of room to store snow toys or mountain bikes. Wireless internet and private hot tub complete your mountain retreat. The Core of Mountain Village is about 1.5 miles away, and the Mountain Market just down the street.
