- In an effort to eliminate numerous incidental charges, and allow you to experience The Peaks Resort and Spa in its full extent, we have enacted a daily resort fee of $25 plus tax.
The resort fee includes:
-Daily Membership to the prestigious Spa at The Peaks, including unlimited access to cardio and weightlifting studios, the indoor and outdoor pool areas, lap pool, two-story waterslide, rock climbing wall, Yoga and Pilates studios, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms and Roman tubs.
-Friendly Ski Valet Service – including overnight ski and boot storage and warming located on our ski-in/ski-out level.
-Personalized Spa Concierge, to assist with the planning of all of your appointments and needs to customize your experience at Spa at The Peaks.
-Unlimited local, regional and International telephone calls.
-Weekday New York Times after 11 a.m., located in the lobby of the resort.
-Wireless Internet Connection.
Valet Parking is available on property for $24 night.
- Cancellation
- Cancellation policy of 30 days will be observed in the winter, 14 days in the summer (except festivals, which is also 30 days). Guests who cancel within the cancellation policy will forfeit their deposit of 2 nights room & tax. Christmas & New Years reservations require a deposit of 100% of the stay at the time of booking, and are non-refundable. Only cancellations that are emergency related will be permitted within the cancellation period. Emergency related requests need to have documentation faxed to the property in order to be considered for a deposit refund. Emergency cancellations include death in the family, unexpected medical condition, etc. Please fax documentation to 970-728-6567 to the attention of Rooms Control.

- All reservations require a 2 night deposit based on the first and last night's rate plus tax and tariff. For reservations during the following Holiday periods a full stay deposit will be taken at the time of booking and is non-refundable at time of booking:
