Gazpacho – New Mexican Cooking y Cantina – uses the freshest and best ingredients they can, while staying true to the traditional New Mexican red and green chili. They have always tried to purchase directly from the farmer and straight from the producer. Pinto beans are bought from local farmers, their red chile comes from around the Hatch, New Mexico area, and the honey served with their sopapillas comes from Durango’s “Honeyville.”
