Located in the San Juan Mountains of Southwest Colorado, Ouray is known as the Switzerland of America and offers incredible scenery and premier ice climbing. Ouray is also home to the Ouray Hot Springs, a 1,000,000 gallon sulfur-free mineral pool open year round - perfect way to relax after a day on the ice.
The Ouray Ice Park is walking distance from the City of Ouray and is located in an incredible natural gorge. It attracts nearly 12,000 people annually. Over the past 20 years, it has become one of the best places to ice climb in the world.
The Ouray Ice Climbing Package price is based on number of nights in Ouray and number of people (1 to 4) to a guide. The Ouray Ice Park is currently open for the season until mid-late March (weather dependent). Climbing hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Saturday - Sunday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
