How Our Reunion Services Work:

Plan your family reunion lodging and activities in 3 easy steps!

	We will start by helping you to plan out the perfect family reunion itinerary and take care of blocking all of the space for your lodging and activities. We can also set up a variety of different lodging options to accommodate the different budgets and needs that your family may have.
	Once we have set up your blocks, we will build your family a dedicated web page with all of the group itinerary information as well as a simple link that will allow family members to go in to book and pay for their own reservations out of your room and activity blocks. This means that after you tell us when you are traveling and what you want to do, all you have to do is simply pass your family and friends a reservations link to make their individual bookings, and we take care of the rest.
	Book it. Every family can go in and make their own reservations so that the group coordinator isn’t stuck managing all of the payments and fulfillment. We can run the group leader a manifest and let them know who has paid, what has been booked, etc. After booking, everything is ready and waiting for your entire group up on arrival. We will make all of your reunion reservations, set up all of the tickets and activity access, all while keeping the entire family together and taking that work out of your hands.
